Damaged my stepping stones and didn't replace it even when I was told it would get replaced as they negligently broke it by throwing it while digging up our front to install the underground cables

Highly angry as they broke out stepping stones in our driveway while digging up our front and didn't replace it. They said they would but never. Do they think money just grows on trees????? How can we trust a company that doesn't keep to their word.
