Damaged face brick wall

In short neither i the owner of a face brick property as well as the tenant staying in my house was consulted and no permission was given for drilling a hole in my house face brick wall facing the street and securing a white plastic pipe to this face brick wall to install the internet connection.In the process the brick work on the house facing the street was permanently damaged and the wires were incorrectly installed.The vumatel connection gray box was installed in such a way with a hole in the wall to hide all running wires especially not to be visible from the street and on a face brick wall.After a complaint was filed the wires were re routed by vumatel but my face brick bricks are permanently damaged. I still have not been contacted in the whole process. May i please ask assistance in this regard.I have taken fotos of the installation which have been sent to vumatel and can be forwarded to you as well. Kind regards Andre van Wyk.
