Damage to property

Hi

I'm really getting tired with this water issue.This company you subtracted Thanks Alot are not really helping to fix the damage they caused to my water pipe.The guy who tried to fix my water pipe was not a qualified plumber and I'm still awaiting there assistance as Im having issues with my water.I have told them when I will be available but they show total disregard and want to get someone to come over at a inconvenient time yo the house.Im trying call them and message them but no response.If they unable to do the job properly then why cause damage and leave me with this water issue.I have even emailed Vuma but they don't seem to care even though they sub contracted this company.It cannot be ok to get a job and then damage peoples property and then make it their fault.

I need this issue resolved as my family and I cannot go on with this issue.
