Cutting edge technology but *********** customer service

the multi-layered partnership between Vumatel and the ISP Vox is beyond annoying - no one wants to take responsibility. Vumatel sent out Vox (the ISP) to come out and activate the service last week Thursday without confirming if the ONT/fibre box has been installed or not as a result, I have been sent from pillar to post and no one wants to take responsibility. After making countless calls and spending airtime to get this sorted out, I have been told that my ticket has been closed because my complex is closed to any external people, which is a BLATANT LIE. ICT is part of essential services and my complex is closed to 'visitors' and not service providers, and now I have been told to wait until after the lockdown. this is the 2nd time this year that I am getting an installation from Vumatel and Vox and it has been nothing but short of lack of customer service. If I dont call, no one from both Vumatel and Vox calls me to give an update.
