I received a call from "vuma from the following number +*** and firstly she assumed i speak zulu and did not properly introduce or ask preferred language. She laughed and put me on hold and told me i issued a ticket for ONT move, of which again...She is assuming and hungup without explaning. She called my number.I need this escalated.
