customer service #gratefull customer

last month i asked vuma to help me with fibre but I was not connected two weeks in getting connection after installation, i went to their offices no luck, until one day i went and i was allocated a lady by the name of Kelebogle Letsoalo from CX DEPARTMENT, when they say an angel sent, she took it upon herself to make sure i am connected and attended to all the tickets logged , she made follow ups and called me on the progress. I so wish Vumatel could get more people like her, who works with passion and knows how to assist customers, if it was not her, i am sure now i was going to use some other company. I hope Vuma will appreciate and recognize her . I am a happy customer today because of Her. Thank you Lady K
