Customer service from vumatel

One of the worst customer service. I lodged an inquiry from the 2nd of May till to date and have received no assistance whatsoever. When you lodge a complaint their agents don't even respond and when they do all the say is "sorry for your inconvenience" when what you need is actual assistance. I don't believe they understand their positions and they hire people just for the funeral of it.
