Customer Service - Fibre Dept

I had seen an add on the vodacom website for fibre at R789pm * 24months speed 200/200 , i was contacted by Ntando @ Vumatel where he advised that the special running with them is only for 6 months so i did a screenshot of vodacom fibre packages through Vumatel and was advised by Ntando that he has escalated to his IT Team, today I received a telephone call from another agent telling me that Vumatel IT will not update the website with the specials ofered by Vodacom , pathetic attitude from the agent that called me
