Customer service dissatisfaction 😏

A requested amount of R400 has been paid and the company has been contacted on numerous occasions for service delivery and they are unreachable. The contact number *** was send and advised that voice prompts should be followed, that has been done and every time it’s transferred to Soweto extension it says line can’t connect or fails to connect

This is so frustrating because the money was received yet on our side the service expected is not received. No follow ups are done and the company is not even contacting us. One of their consultants was even rude on the phone at one point. Rating 0
