customer service at it's best

great service!!!

I called because my internet was down because the people who put in new street lights hit the fiber wire with a pickaxe i called the support center and notified them about my issue. it was logged within the minute and 30 minutes after my complaint the vumatel workers pulled up and started fixing the issue. they arrived 5 o'clock and left at about 9:30 after they notified us in person that the problem was fixed. it was great service all around and i appreciate the workers working till so late to fix a problem the labour workers from the government caused .

I am very satisfied and have a smile on my face knowing that if something goes wrong again the fix is just a phone call away
