I have made a request to have vumatel installed in my home. Made payment to vumatel, received an sms and a whatsapp message from vumatel confirming my payment and that a consultant will call to confirm my physical address. That happened and the consultant has since told me they will call me to confirm on the date of installation within 20 minutes, that hasnt happened as days have passed. I had called him after a day of him promising to call and he furthermore stated that he will call again in a few minutes, that did not happen. Even asked that he sends me to relevant people that can assist, but he hasnt responded or even given me a call. My question to vumatel is that, do you take people's money and not do as promised? Your service is appalling, why is it like that? The contact number of the consultant I spoke to is ***...... with this service, I can never recommend Vumatel to anyone.
