Customer Poor Service

Company customer service is nonexistent, I sign up with them, got told I will be connected within three days , 7 days went by without connection. Eventually they came after constant pressure I put on them, only to find that they only came to lay fibre but no router to support full installation. I have called service agent, keeps on making promises which are not honored. If you are still considering them...take it from me it will be endless challenges.
