I would like to thank Mr Masakona and Mr Mokena for the service they provide me. They customer service and they communication skills are in detail to they services as they are the Repair Technicians from Vumatel. They were able to make me understand the process behind that customer service delays and why it took so long and they where able to repair further mistakes which were not easily noticeable as a customer. These two gentlemen are good technicians with they product knowledge
