****** and *******!!!!! Stay Away!!!!

They took double my premium out of my account. I have been running around for 3 weeks trying to get a refund that was promised to me. They dont have a call centre. Their chat services takes 10hrs to reply. Their manager is too scared to call me back. Useless service. Bunch of idiots as nobody working there knows where my money is!!!
