Could you please restore the service please

I have been without internet for almost 2 weeks now. firstly the payment was not going through. contacted my ISP (supersonic) who gave me a payment link. payed immediately. but the services were not restored. been calling the ISP everyday for a week, they keep telling me the matter has been escalated to Vuma who cannot be contacted. the service from both parties is terrible. as we speak I don't have the service paid for still listening to excuses.
