Cool Ideas (28 days fibre) instead of 30/31 days

Why are we getting 28 days for our monthly fibre with Cool Ideas and according to Cool Ideas, set up for this process was done by Vuma, when they were selling fibre to us, we were told of monthly to monthly but now is 28 days.
