CONTINUOUS POOR SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

Thank you again Vumatel for your continuous horrible service and not keeping to appointments or even communicating when not able to honor a meeting time that you set up and confirmed with the client. poor communication and client service. Been waiting since 25 January for a line connection to be sorted out. Had an appointment for today and once again the person is an hour late without any communication. Extremely dishonoring towards everyone else's time
