Continued Issues with Activation

Experiencing continued grief with Vumatel. They installed a few days ago finally at my address for Vodacom. My happiness was short lived as they have not yet activated my fibre but rather sent through an activation for VOX an ISP whose contract i did not sign and totally rejected. Just need my vodacom line activated and no unauthorized applications being granted access instead. Vumatel Please assist
