Constantly dropping internet connection

I have fibre with Cool Ideas and I've had a good service until Vuma took over the line, the internet connection constantly dropping and unstable I had no internet for 10days last month and now again during the day it's very unstable dropping and different times during the day right now I haven't been able to stream Netflix the entire day! When you call all they do is play the blame game yet they are quick to take your money your service sucks!
