Constant outages with a horrible unfair impact

We are in the process of trying to buy a new house. We work entirely digital as it is 2019. All our documents are in secure cloud storage, however due to our Fibre being down 5 times since the beginning of June, we have lost 2 houses we really were interested in.

Vumatel, your inability to maintain proper infrastructure and guarantee up time is ruining peoples lives. Please, get your processes together, fire your third party contractors and do the work yourself. Clearly your vetting process is resulting in *********** contractors working on the fibre lines.

Combined total of outage time: 10 Days in July 6 days in from End 30 May into June

Thats 16 days without any connection, without the ability to continue our lives. We pay for this service, it is not a privilege, you are obligated to provide it.

We have requested MWEB to get credited for this outage time, but this poor service by Vumatel is shameful. You have become the new Telkom. Something that was a big driver for us to get off copper was to get away from Telkom, but now we have to deal with you.

Take a good self reflection, you are a disgrace to the Fibre industry, a significant fall from being a savior when it comes to reliable and fast internet.
