Constant interruptions to service Nr 2

So someone from Vumatel called me after my first review yesterday and promised that a team was working on the problem. I now know this was a blatant lie. The team covering this area doesn't work weekends. Instead of being honest, Vumatel seemingly has a policy to lie to customers just to shut them up. Weldone, whoever you are.
