Constant downtime with Vumatel

I decided that I would like to try out using Vumatel Fibre line after they installed it in our area. Bad decision. I thought Telkom was bad - Vumatel is 100 times worse. I hardly had any downtime with Telkom. Now I constantly have down time and when I do I can't even get hold of anyone if its after hours. Big mistake that I didn't wait for Telkom to lay fibre in our road. I will in Wendywood Sandton. I feel I am paying for a service to work all the time and I'm not getting what I paid for.
