CONSTANT CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS
Brakpan has had no connectivity since yesterday +- 16h30, the only update we have had is that Vox / Vumatel is aware and working on the problem, yet as customers we have to pay for when there is down time. We dont get discounted for down time - we are losing days of work and not being paid. Kids cant do assignments for university or do exams online. And our area has been affected weekly now - sort the problem out or we move to another service provider
