Connectivity Issues

It's been a week that I had an issue received my password but still unable to connect to my wifi this is just getting out of abit annoying as there is always some issue or another.I would say if the system is having so many problems dey shouldn't take customer till they know wat they are doing bad service with no response but thanks due to the issue I have a warning for work due to the poor infrastructure.
