Connection problem of wifi

I've made a payment last month then I struggled will connect... I've been asking for assistance for a month try to get someone to fix my problem but no one came just yet I paid but couldn't be able to connect for the month so this month I didn't pay but I've been trying to get assistance so that the connection can be fixed and I will continue with my payments... So hopefully I get assistance here..
