Connection Issues every two weeks
We lose connection every two weeks in our area. Vumatel doesn't have a direct contact number, so they are unreachable. I really thought having fibre in our area would be a breath of fresh air. But it turned out to be troublesome. I will be looking at other options because I cannot afford to lose connection all the time. Some if us need internet connection to work and study.

11 Feb 2024, 09:17It's happening again! I've been withouta WiFi connection since yesterday ( 2024.02.10) at 17h00. I'm forced to stream and hotspot using my mobile data, which is limited and will probably run out soon, and I would have to spend money to buy more data, when I've paid for a monthly unlimited, uncapped connection. What is it that you guys are jot getting right. Also, I would like to report the ISP SADv. They don't respond to complaints and queries all day, and only start to respond at around 01h00 in the morning. This happens all the time I write to them.
