Connection issues

Vumatel technician come today to fix one of my neighbors connections issues, after doing what they came to do they left. Now we can't connect and I've been trying to get assistance but no luck. They say they operate 24/7 but now I'm suffering trying their WhatsApp till now I'm still waiting for an agent to call mbe while I've payed. SADV vumatel your service is very poor because on my understanding your technicians must double check after fixing whatever they were fixing that no one is affected during that cause but they didn', now I can't connect but I've paid this is *******. 🚮🚮
