Connection issue

I am appalled at the manner in which my connection loss has been handled, we have had no connection from Friday the 14th of July 2023, we're constantly being told there are technicians sent out or who are at my house and yet it's a lie today we again had to make an arrangement for someone to be at home as we were told the technicians will arrive at 08:30am and right now it is after 09:00am no sign or communication from the company or said sent out technicians.
