Connection Gone Wrong

I would say we are a family that loves being connected. That's what we got home WiFi for, and usually when our connection is out we wait two or so days for a technician to come out once we have logged the complaint. With Vumatel you get your connection through Web Africa and let me tell you, there is no one to speak to. Only WhatsApp chat and lots of waiting. THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE: we have been waiting 1 WEEK 3 DAYS to be assisted and all that has been communicated is that our issue has been escalated. TO WHOM because we still haven't been assisted with the problem. IT IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! We have never missed a payment, we are very patient customers but this is not on! WhatsApp chat with customers does not work if they are not going to be assisted. All it does is have you guys have information- the problem the ticket number a generic answer but no help for the customer.
