Connection down

My connection has been down for almost 24 hours. I was told someone will be contacting me to come check what the issue is, nobody called and I call back to enquire and I was told the turn around is 72 hours. I took this fibre to be able to work from home, I have already lost a day worth of work and I have to wait for another 72 hours. Reading the reviews here shows I am in for a ride still. Beside that, everything in my home needs internet connection, even when I took this contract, I didn't have to wait for 72 hours, now to fix the issue I have to wait 72 hours? This is bull****, I am glad my contract is ending in may!!!
