Connection and service

I have never had such bad service, first we waited over a year to get our line to work,now every week we have an issues. Today we sitting since 6 am no service at all and all they say is we working on it. I'm suprised they still have clients. I definitely will never recommend vuma to anyone. We been struggling since we got the line with either hardly connection to no connection at all.
