Connection

So I've been cut off from vuma because of payment so I left it. Now when I go on to pay for my vuma account they say it won't allow me because vuma has something against my address that they need to clear. I spoke to many agents that mentioned the same things it's now over 24hrs and still cannot do payment to reconnect what nonsense is this. I had to even order a new installment for my wifi. How does this company operate. This is bull****. If nothing is solved today then I will personally move on to another provider ***
