They don't even deserve 1 star,if we had a -10 option that's what I would give them.

We haven't had signal since the 23rd Dec,the just keep telling us the matter is being resolved and to switch the router on/off.

Their consultants are no longer getting back to us. We are not bring taken seriously here ,we are paying for a service we are not getting.

You guys need to take us seriously we paying with our hard earned money here for a service you are not providing.im gonna keeping writing on every platform until I get assistance, if you don't have people who can resolved this issue refund us and take you router.
