Complex Details Missing - No Communication and Incompetence

Been trying to place an order with Cool Ideas / Vumatel. Cool Ideas says Vumatel updated their system on Monday 1 October and my complex details / unit number was removed, so I can't place an order. Logged a request about a week ago to have the complex re-added and have received no response.

Each day I phone it's a different excuse. Other units have fibre installed and the latest response that I received is that the complex is not a Vumatel complex! Getting frustrated by the lack of communication / incompetence and how long it takes to get this resolved. Call centre agents don't know what they are doing and have a severe lack of interest in getting an issue resolved.
