Completely useless

I have now had a red ALARM light on my fibre box in the for 4 days. This means that there is a serious problem with the line. I have contacted VOX telecom, my ISP. They have logged ticket after ticket, yet the problem has not been resolved, After 4 days!!

When you want to contact Vumatel directly, the only number you get is for sales. What a joke!

Vumatel…you need to seriously get your act together.
