Complaint: Shoddy service and poor workmanship

Vumatel came to my premises in Parkhurst on 6 January 2022 to connect fiber. They tacked wires to the wall on the outside premises. That wire is so thin and it will take one malicious person to snap it with their pinky finger! They need to drill a hole in the wall to secure the cabling. This is really shoddy and disappointing service.
