Complaint Regarding Poor WiFi Installation

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the installation of my WiFi. Unfortunately, the cable has snapped again, and this is now the second time this issue has occurred. The installation does not appear to be secure or stable, which is extremely concerning. The setup is poorly done, and the box was literally hanging by a thread. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work done. This repeated issue has inconvenienced me as it disrupts my connectivity and daily activities. I request that this matter be addressed urgently.
