Complaint bad customer service no existence😠😠😠😠😠

No service deliver from these guys ,we pay every single month and everysingle month we struggle with connection ,their customer service is unreach able ,i want to subscribe from Human and stop the debit order as this vuma is no useful to us ,too much problem and when u need them they are unreachable from Tuesday i have been trying to get hold of these guys regarding my wifi however they ignoring me .....im not at all happy with this guys and i have been paying for itfor over 3yrs
