Complaint

I app**** for fibre last week wich was installed 1 week after ..was instructed that it will work after 2 hours and i will get login details to my suprise no communication was made and the router was red ever since ..after that i called because i app**** with Fly and i called SKM customer care i was promised technicians will come and fix the issue wich was tuesday the 31st of May still no one came and after that i am the one that is doing follow ups and on the 2nd i called again i was promised they Will come wich they never did ... i called in again another story was said ... still today no communication from them its so unfair for me and inconvenient because i was suppose to start working from home monday but nothing is fixed ... i am so disappointed with your service
