COMPLAINT

I AM ****ED WITH THESE GUYS A GUY CAME HERE TO MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME IF I PAY R389 THE NEXT DAY THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE TO CONNECT WIFI AND THAT WAS 03 AUGUST PAID VIA PAYFAST. I SENT EMAILS AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REFUNDED AND TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OR WIFI. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOUR SERVICE SUCKS, BELOW ARE EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS FROM MYSELF TO THESE PEOPLE. I don’t know, MONDE WAS HERE IN MY HOUSE IN MOFOLO NORTH (SGODIPHOLA) and almost all my neighbors have VUMA now and now I’m told this after I make payment

I got calls from 2 ladies I think…

Good morning it has a been a full month that I paid for WIFI and did not get it NOR my refund

I want to know if you will send someone to install the WIFI here or you will refund my money.

I cannot be sending you emails when I am the one not getting service or joy.

Hi Sara, Kuban, can you followup on this refund. It was via payfast and shouldve been processed within 7 business days.
