Complain about vumatel agent

I had escalated someone because she took my money promised to pay on my behalf, on Sunday she sent me a receipt with a wrong ref number and now she's not taking my calls. I sent an email yesterday but have not received any response from her or vumatel. My frustration is how can they hire untrusted people with no remorse what so ever
