Complain

On 28 of may 2021 I made a payment to vumatel for a home fibre internet connection and till this day I haven’t received my installation. Every time I phone them they send me from pillar to post without a successful/positive feed back, it’s been 5 months now waiting to get my installation, last time I spoke to their consultant she referred me to their queries department and they promised to phone me back and they never did so till today. I’ve tried all available Avenues to escalate my problem through company consultants but there’s no luck.
