Complain

Their service is nonsense, my service was suspended and I was told to pay which I did make that payment. Yesterday I spent almost 2 hours talking to their useless call center agents and still my line is not working. Today I called supersonic as my ISP they said in terms of billing I must talk to vumatel I called vumatel they said they are clueless about supersonic clients. They make me feel like I’m stupid and I can’t be using my airtime and running around for my money this is nonsense.
