Come and install or pay back my money

Been waiting for installation from last month ,I made a payment of R250 on the 18th of April 2024 apparently the agent registered me with a wrong address and I was told they are fixing the matter till today , I feel ****** you are so unprofessional, I tried communicating with vuma via email, calls and whatsapp but every day it's story after story how can you take the whole month just to fix an address? You are ****ming people it's either you come and install or PAY BACK MY MONEY you are so quick to send us payment reference after that you don't provide people with the services they paid for ? Sis
