Collapsed Pole Vumatel Pole in Drive-Way - Impossible to get hold of VUMATEL

On Thursday 4th of April the pole that was installed by Vumatel in front of my yard collapsed and was suspended mid air in front of my drive way. I could not access my yard. We struggled to get through to Vumatel. Eventually phoning MWEB and the logged a call for us the Friday the 5th of April. Vumatel phoned me on Monday the 8th of April and I explained to them how difficult it is to get through to them. They send out a technician that said he was here earlier on Monday and could not see the problem. Yet it i was clear we tried to keep the pole upright in front of our yard and there was danger tape around the pole. The looked at the pole and said they will come back the next day. Still waiting. Didn't realize it was so difficult to put a pole back in the ground. I tried phoning Vumatel today and was holding on for 20 minutes despite being 1st in line just to be told by a voice note to leave a msg. Vumatel obviously does not want people to get hold of them. It is impossible to get hold of them.
