Closing of unresolved issues

I have been having intermittent connectivity issues with my fibre and everytime I call in to report my issue with Afrihost they tell me that Vuma says there is nothing wrong with my line. I have been experiencing this issue since Sept and I know I am not crazy, I will not call in to report an issue whereas there is no issue, if Vuma and Afrihost can stop closing these queries before speaking and someone actually calls me to find out what the issue is I think that would be great that if I'm not asking for too much. I have never had to chase up on my customer complaint with any service provider for more than 3 months. The following references ISP-261996 and ISP-253678 and ISP-250923 were provided to me and till today I have not received any feedback except for "Vuma has closed this query" but I still am experiencing the issue. I just need to know if will this be fixed or do I need to live with the fact this will never be fixed.
