CLOSE YOUR DOORS, YOU'RE A JOKE!!!

Line speed was reduced to half. After logging the query, my internet dropped off to "rectify" the issue. This was Thursday 27 October. Today, 31 October, my line has STILL not bewn fixed or switched on. They are supposedly "locked out" of their own system and expect access to VIEW the issue tomorrow, 1 November. I deeply discourage anyone from doing business with them ever!!
