Close down Vumatel

Can someone please do something to this company that they can close their doors. Almost everyone is complaining. Paying for a service that they doesn't deliver. Look at their social media posts. As soon as someone complain about them, they switch off the comments. They making alot of money and doesn't give a service. They need to close their doors.
