Client Service non-existing !!!!!!!!

I have been struggling since 4 June to just get Vumatel to confirm when they will be coming to install my fiber. It has been an utterly frustrating experience thus far. Nobody makes contact or keeps on updated. When you call the call center you keep being told " I have escalated" - How is this possible in today's day and age that one struggles like this with no one wanting to really assist. What happened to customer service in this company - not even good customer service just plan, simple service. All I need is my fiber to be installed. It is so frustrating and at this stage I just want to cancel the entire deal!!!
