CHEATED

I cannot believe that Vuma is *****ing R129.00 from me since March 2022. I have on numerous occasions asked for my line to be down graded and more than five times I have been told that has been done. I am still debited R529.00 and not R399.00 as per my request. I work hard for my money and each and every R0.01 ****** from me affects my family.
